Darin it’s very helpful. He looked into the matters that I asked him to check and gave me an update which included my brakes were OK and that I will probably have to have new pads when I bring it in next time. He also mentioned there was a boot, which would have to be replaced at my next visit. All things that I can plan for, which I like to know ahead of time.

I received prompt and professional service by my service rep but the price for a key replacement was way too high. I was there 40 minutes and was charged $155 for labor. Total bill was $268. This was the first time I felt like I was taken advantage of at Hardin.
