I often do not bring my vehicle for repairs to a dealership due to the over-inflated estimates received. But in this case, there was a Honda defect that needed attention but the extra work that needed to be done was quoted at $1,800. I was not happy with that quote and went to my personal mechanic to see if he can get the same job done for less, which he did. My mechanic quoted me $1,200. When I took that information back to Zach at the dealership, he managed to bring it down to $1,200. What is the point over estimating as high as you do when the work can be done at a significantly less amount? It seemed like a way to unnecessarily waste time.

This is the second time the tires are not filled properly. The tire pressure light goes on and yes I need to add air. Not a big dealbut There wasn’t a problem before the visit for service. It makes me wonder a bit if the techs have problems with other maintenance tasks.
The service advisor did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with.
