Juan was great. He was very professional and checked me in and out with no issues at all. My complaint or frustration was the cost of the service that was told to me. I was told that cylinder 4 was mis-firing which was causing my car to run horribly. I ended up towing my car to my house and changing all 4 spark plugs, all four ignition coils and replace gasket for a fraction of the cost Honda was requesting to charge. With my little to no understanding of how to fix this I was able to see that the only issue was that the gasket had gone bad causing some oil drippage. All 4 cylinders were clean on the inside with no evidence of oil on the ignition coils. After also speaking with multiple people who are familiar with these types of vehicles, it is not necessary to re-calibrate or adjust all “16 valves”. I did feel, slightly after understanding a lot of this, that the $2100 quote to fix a car this old with over 163,000 miles was/could be too significant especially if KBB was telling me it might be worth $3,500-$5,500. I honestly believe, but of course I do not know for sure, that whatever diagnostic checks that were performed were done lazily and were done without care/consideration to the cost that was quoted. Lastly, I do appreciate the multi-point inspection and the service advisor letting me know about my brake pads being low and tire treads being on the low end as well. This information was helpful to me to be able to expect to fix these issues in the near future. Again, I had no problems or issues with Juan. He did a great job assisting me. It would have been nice to know that the express oil change was across the street. Nobody told me this until after my oil change was finished and the cashier explained my over 2 hour wait would likely have been 1 hr max at the Express service! Very frustrating it took over 2 hrs for a simple oil change.

Adrian was fantastic, I have no complaints with any of the customer service I received! I did have to return to the dealership minutes after leaving because my rear windshield wiper that was supposed to be repaired didn't appear to be fixed. Once I returned, and sent back to service, I had my vehicle back within 10-15 minutes, and the wiper was operating correctly. Overall a good experience,just making mention of the technical service hang up.

The workers made my seat very dirty, and the back of the chair was covered with black oil stains.

Hello!!! Juan did a good job. No problems there. I don't want to make it sounds that there was a big issue and very rarely I complain about anything. So, the small issue that I had was, when I picked up the car it was dirtier than when I brought it in. Someone played with windshield wipers. Some settings were changed inside the car. Like I said before,I'm not trying to make a big deal about it, but since you guys asked, I decided to share that. Otherwise the car is great
