I spoke with Zachary while I was at work asking if I could show up at 4pm for my recall notice so I could get my car registration done, he said absolutely. When I showed up I was initially told no, I was too late. Zachary recognized the phone conversation I had with him and acknowledged me. He immediately called me over to him and confirmed the we had spoke on the phone and that my recall notice could be taken care of. My recall notice maybe took 10 minutes, why was I initially told no? Please acknowledge Zachary, he exemplifies the reason why my last 3 cars have been Honda’s.

My car had a recall. Dealer fixed the recall, but they didn’t provide the prove of correction certificate to me. When I came in DMV, I got in the line at DMV for many hours, then DMV rejected because missing the prove of correction certificate from dealer. I came back the dealer, cashier said they forgot. I lost my time for nothing. Please do right the job, provide the prove of correction certificate after repair. We valued our time. Your apologizing is nothing for our time.
