Alfredo did a good job. The issue I have is that you showed that the battery was checked & today my car would not start due to battery issues. Called AAA for a jump & now all the warning lights are on & won’t clear. I would appreciate a call to discuss.

Service advisor Chris Montag was pleasant enough and professional at the time of write up etc. However, upon my car being ready, we went to his desk and he pointed out the areas to look at, and also said my battery should be changed since it’s low. I asked some questions regarding the battery and he said since it’s a AAA battery and not Honda’s, I would have to ask them. Every question after that, regarding general battery questions etc, he looked annoyed and kept repeatedly saying “I don’t know you have to ask AAA” and because of this, I stopped asking anything else. He clearly didn’t care and was unwilling to help. I stopped being polite and nice and just lost all interest in asking anything further due to his attitude. And I believe that’s when he was aware of the atmosphere and started acting better. By then, I didn’t care anymore and just quietly paid and received my papers and got up promptly, smiled and left. This was a completely 180 degree different experience than my previous experience here at Hardin Honda. Service advisor Alfredo Mejia set the bar high and was every bit professional, helpful, and amazing when it came to the things that mattered to me. Also, Chris Montag was on the express service side so perhaps the people on that side have different attitudes. I don’t know, but regardless, it is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would definitely not recommend anyone to the express service side at Hardin Honda because although the service was much faster, the customer service received was well below anything I deem acceptable.
