Just brought a new 2025 Honda Crv Exl in 6.12.2025 and drive it for several months until sept13 as the suv at Park and didn't power up ..checked the fob and nothing wrong with and the suv said brake system failure and tried starting the suv three times ..nothing happened. Called Triple AAA to towed the SUV than 15 minutes later tried it again and the car started up..went home and next day took the suv to Hardin Honda to do a quick checkup..met Cezar and let him know what happened to the SUV experiences and he asked very detail questions if what transpired and reassure me that the car will be taking care of.. appreciate that Cezar was very knowledgeable of the car in general and best part is reassuring me that it will be taking care as much as he is able to ..within 30 to 45 minutes ..got a brand new battery as that was the reason I had no power though I was rather surprised that since it is new car and no power within three months was disheartening but since a new battery installed Run as a new car shield with a new car experience for my daughter first car .. Appreciate Cezar was able to step up and took care what was needed to give new car owner a great car experience as it is my daughter first car as a college graduated .Please give Cezar best regards for his professional and great customer experiences and looked forward to future great experience from. hardin Honda .
