After the service my car oil was overfilled, I have to drain oil to bring it to level upon doing it I noticed the oil was dirt still (black/burn odor), also I doubt oil filter had been replaced, I did pay for service A-B still windshield whipper fuid wasn't replenished either.

Cezar is a great representative. Very polite, easy to communicate with, very prompt with his responses and he kept his cool even when I was being a nagging customer.
In general I’m disappointed with how this dealership and Honda have handled my car which is why I decided to not let the dealership take care of the repairs. The ball has been dropped and things have been swept under the rug by the service department as a whole. But that is not representative of Cezar’s customer service. He was very apologetic and understanding and I appreciate and respect that.
