Was told service would take 2.5 hrs. Was very specific that I didn’t want to wait longer than that. Brought the car in at 10:30. Came back at 2:00 and car wasn’t ready. No phone call. Had to wait another hour.
Was told it now needed a battery…had it done and finally got the car at 3:10. Would have been much better if I had at least had a phone call giving me an update.

I drove for Laguna hills for oil change.my travel and oil change time was almost 3.5 hours. Just for oil change you should have a one texh only do oil change it's my opinion. Service is great at Hardin honda. I bought couple of car from you guys.stull happy with service. Not with time.

I have experienced multiple random high-voltage warning lockouts and repeated repair attempts without a permanent resolution. This ongoing safety issue has caused significant inconvenience and loss of confidence in the vehicle. Since Honda has been unable to permanently correct the defect, I am requesting that Honda repurchase (buy back) my vehicle under the applicable warranty and consumer protection laws.
