I am going to make Hardin Honda my go-to location for service. Everything was handled so efficiently and quickly, and the facility is clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I used to be a customer of Buena Park Honda but, ever since they became a Sonic Automotive Dealership, their quality has suffered dramatically.

It just would have been nice to keep me in the loop about my car getting serviced or not. Since I took it in for a recall, I didn’t even know if it was defective in the first place. I was under the impression that it would take a couple of hours to be repaired if need be. That it be inspected and then I’d be told if if needed repairs or not. However that never happened. I waited for 2.5 hours and when I saw my service provider I asked him if it had been checked . He said it would take about 2 hours depending on how busy they were. Then it could take up an additional 3 hours to get it fixed. At that point I requested a ride home because because I was waiting this whole time with my 10 month old baby. I hadn’t realized it would take 5 hours. Then he went to ask the guys about my car and when he came back he said it would be 30 more minutes. Initially I agreed to wait 2-3 hours but when he said it could take up to five, We’ll that was just a little too much for me to have to wait. Next time I’ll just request a shuttle ride home no matter what. This was my first experience with Honda Hardin Service. I just bought my car in September.
