Everything Naeil performed was professional and courteous. He is a good salesperson which I wonder why he is the only sales consultant with a business card on the counter with the other service consultant cards. Next time, I will ask for old parts that were replaced because my message to Naeil and the other service consultant that took my message between 12 PM and 1:00 PM on 27Dec17 apparently did not relay the formal request to save the old rear brake shoes for my inspection after the rear drum brake shoes were said to have been serviced. Naeil asked me who the service consultant was that took my message to give to Naeil, but I was not given any name of the person that answered the phone. Apparently the service consultant male ? could have brushed off my request, but I do not know. I wanted the old drum shoes to gauge the wear after so many years of mileage, but won't know when I check the drum shoe later. Otherwise, I hope to maintain the 2007 vehicle for several more years. The overall experience was fine, but would like more evidence of discolored brake line fluid and power steering fluid next time. I paid for services based on my decision to go ahead on the phone, knowing that I have not done these services in the years we owned the car. And I want the car safe. I do hope all of these services are documented in the manufacturers Honda database for the record. Naeil did his job well for the customer, but I don't know if the other service consultants are treating him differently internal to your operations. He should have at least a service consultant business card and not the salesman card.
