Parts to fix the heater on my 2008 Honda Element are $200, but labor is an outrageous $700! Each part has its own labor built in even though adjacent parts should cancel out additional labor charges.

Let me make it clear this experience is not about the service advisor, but rather your dealership as a whole.
I came in with an appointment for 9:15am that I had previously made week prior, however, when I arrived there were 7 cars ahead of me to get checked in.... something I did not expect with an appointment.
I came in for 2 Honda recalls and a transmission oil change for my 2008 Accord that I purchased at your dealership. Byron told me that it'll be ready at 3 pm. I was expecting to stay while my car was being worked and didn't expect this work to take 6 hours!
This was a pure case of bumping me out of line for more lucrative service work your dealership, period.
I purchased two 2017 Accords in August from Hardin and my experience with this service doesn't align with the definition of "loyalty" to that I received.
Soon my two new Accords will need their first service and I will come to your dealership for complimentary first service, however I do not plan to for additional services.
Your dealership needs to work on entire customer experience, not just part of it. As a customer, we gauge you especially how you treat us after we buy your car.

It took about 30-40mins from when I checked in (and probably like an hour since I had received text notification of service being done) til I actually got my car back to drive off. From what I understand, they were still finishing up the car wash. I appreciate the car wash, but I would have appreciated getting the text that it was ready to pick up after or closer to when car wash was done. I wouldn't have rushes to come back.
