When driving the car it was severely bouncing and the steering was vibrating. All the tires were at about 46 PSI when the max is 32 PSi. Although tire inspection was on the work order I did not request it.

That was the whole reason we went to a Honda Dealer to get the keys redone in the first place??? Not completely, No. Juan though was very nice. He was there at intake but not the next day when I picked up my HR-V. I did have 2 concerns.
Concern 1: I was told that a Brake Fluid Exchange was due every three years. I paid $119. I was advised it was 1 year past due. I purchased my 2022 CPO HR-V last year. It was 3 years old upon purchase. Why wasn’t the Brake Fluid Exchange done one year ago when the service was due as part of the CPO checklist before I told possession of the car?
If that was not done on the CPO checklist, what else was not done?
Concern #2: A leak in the A/C was repaired. Before this repair my mileage had always been 22 MPG. Never below that or above that. (Even though the car was advertised at 28-34, avg 31 mpg, when I purchased the car.) I've asked Hardin Honda several times why such a difference but get no reply.
When I picked up the car from AC repair, 5/5/2026, the MPG reading said 18.7 MPG. Did working on the A/C adjust the avg mileage?
Weeks later it is still way under the 22 mpg I was getting. It is only up to 19.2 at this point. What happened to the mileage?
