I was very happy with the promotional pricing for the drain and fill transmission fluid exchange. I would happily do it again.
I am hopeful that you offer other fluid promotions too -- or match other businesses prices.
I also liked that the service team did an extra battery check and tire check without even asking.
The only pitfall with this service was that I watched my car not move an inch for nearly an hour in the loading zone. I understand it was busy...but it was tough to watch my car not move for an appointment.
Cezar was awesome. He could see me watching my car. In fact, when it was being serviced, its completion was near his lunch break. Instead of just going to lunch, he waited the few extra minutes to make sure the car was not only done, but thanked me for coming in and made sure that it was complete before he left. That was a nice touch...and much appreciated.
