Service Rep was polite and helped me as soon as he was finished with his initial task. I scheduled an appointment at the main service dept. for simple oil change and recall service however they were extremely busy and recall parts were not available yet so I sent over to the express service side and was helped as one would expect. He answered my questions, and provided the proper information. Direct and straight forward transaction. No issues with the sales rep or the sales itself. One issue, would be the waiting area. I suggest to provide disposable gloves for the complimentary coffee and popcorn. It’s un sanitary how people use the same scooper and door handle for the popcorn machine, and people pressing the same buttons on the coffee machine, particularly when only a few feet from the restroom.
