I had an appointment at 11:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was not ready until around 3:45. 4 hours when you have an appointment for simple maintenance seems excessive and we typically don't experience that when we bring our car in for service.

my recent service experience regarding several ongoing concerns with my 2022 Honda Passport, which is currently under warranty. I brought my vehicle in for diagnosis of issues that I have been experiencing, including steering-related noises, vehicle jerking while driving, a noticeable sound when shifting gears, and steering wheel vibration during abrupt stops. To assist with the diagnosis, I provided video recordings of these concerns. Despite this evidence, I was informed that the issues could not be replicated and no repairs were performed. While I understand that some vehicle issues can be intermittent and may not always occur during a service appointment, I was disappointed by what appeared to be a lack of interest in reviewing and investigating the evidence I provided. I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than thoroughly evaluated. My primary concern is that these symptoms continue to occur and may indicate an underlying mechanical or safety-related issue. Because the vehicle remains under warranty, I want these concerns formally documented and addressed before the warranty period expires. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by dealership management and, if necessary, a senior technician or Honda field representative. I would also appreciate confirmation that my reported concerns and supporting videos have been documented in my service history. I have made multiple attempts to have these issues evaluated, and I am seeking a resolution that ensures the safety, reliability, and proper operation of my vehicle. I had an outstanding experience during my recent service visit. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. What really stood out was how much time he took to explain everything thoroughly, especially how my warranty works. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood my coverage and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. We had great conversation throughout the visit, and he made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating walking into a service department, and unfortunately there are times when customers feel taken advantage of. This was the complete opposite experience. He treated me with respect, was honest, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me. His knowledge, patience, and customer service were exceptional. Because of him, what is usually a stressful errand turned into a very pleasant experience. I truly appreciate the care he showed and would highly recommend working with him.
