Hardin Honda seems to have a good reputation online when it comes to diagnosing hybrid and EV issues. Unfortunately, no codes came up when my plug-in hybrid was being diagnosed, but it was observed that my battery percentage fell quickly to just 12% of the starting charge after trying to replicate the “High Temperature” condition I had experienced. Honda Techline stated the unusual loss in power “must have been due to the car not being driven much.” I feel this is no excuse, as the car is still under warranty and this should have been investigated further. I understand Zack was looking into SB 21-038 but I feel once he ran into a dead end with no codes he called it a day. There should have been more pushback with Techline, Service Engineering and the DPSM. The vehicle is not operating the same as before and it is clear the battery is degrading quickly.

After a week of change oil my high beam head lights were out. I checked their fuses #15 & #29 according to the youtube instructions they both still ok. I suspect maybe the bulbs or relay. I use these high beam every night when I enter a dark street with lots of corners to get attention of others that I'm coming.
