The last time I came, Chris also had helped me. He really made the atmosphere comfortable and did his due diligence on getting all the details on everything with my car and what recommendations or helpful reminders about when to get stuff checked out. All in all, he made it quick, easy and still managed to make me feel like my car was still being well taken care of, especially with how busy it looked/seemed. Thank you Chris !

The young man who assisted me and received my vehicle was polite, and his initial service was appropriate. However, the vehicle delivery was unusual and left me with a negative impression. At the time of delivery, there was another customer next to me. I observed that this person received his vehicle in a very courteous manner: an employee removed the protective plastic from the seat and the identification tag from the car, handed him the keys, said goodbye politely, and completed the service in a professional way. In my case, the experience was different. I had to ask if I could already take my vehicle because no one approached me to inform me. The response I received was, “I do not know.” Shortly afterward, the gentleman who had assisted me at the cashier appeared and handed me the keys with what seemed to be annoyance. He immediately turned around and started to walk away. I had to ask him to please remove the protective plastic and the identification tag that were still inside the vehicle. The gentleman showed an unfriendly attitude, got into the vehicle, removed the plastic in a rough manner, and left without saying a single word. Honestly, I felt that the attitude toward me during the vehicle delivery was negative. I believe the treatment I received was unprofessional and in very poor taste, especially when compared to the service provided to the other customer who was present at the same place and time.

What started off bad possibly a misunderstanding was quickly and professionally corrected by Zachary

Took in our other Honda Fit for service. Chris Montag helped us and was awesome as usual. He let us know everything we needed to get done on the car in advance of our roadtrip. He made it easy. Thanks Chris! Always a pleasure.

Chris is always super helpful. He tells you what work you need done on your vehicle but he does not push you into doing it. He is always kind and happy. I always ask for him when my car needs serviced.

Adrian was communicative and clear in what was necessary to repair as well as recommendations based on the number of miles I have on my car. He was informative and explained what was needed, and never pushed to make a sale.
