I’ve had Juan as my service advisor many times before, and he’s great! He’s very communicative, easy to talk to, kept me well updated throughout the process, and service was completed promptly. I appreciated his professionalism and the care that he provided. I arrived for my appointment ahead of others but was afraid they would be serviced first because they were farther ahead of me in the other line. But Juan had seen me and made sure to come to me first as I had been waiting the longest. Thank you, Juan!

My tailgate was dented while at your shop. I have photos from before drop off, and it was not in that condition.
I am trading my car in tomorrow, and the dealer I’m purchasing from has told me not to worry about it. However, if I were not trading it in, this would be a much more serious issue, and I would absolutely expect it to be repaired.
I’m very disappointed this occurred and want it formally noted. Given my experience over the past few weeks, I also chose not to move forward with purchasing another vehicle from Hardin Honda.
