Cezar Melena was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and he took care of me.
While I was in the Customer lounge, I experienced a problem with the coffee machine. Instead of dispensing coffee, it dumped a bunch of grinds into my cup. I pointed this out to a passing sales person, who promptly walked past me as if I did not exist. The sales person did not acknowledge that I was experiencing a problem, didn’t offer to correct the issue, and treated me as if I was invisible. The combined experience in the Customer lounge was very disappointing, and I could not help but think that this was the real Hardin Honda that I was encountering.

The service for a simple oil change and to rotate tires should not take nearly 2 hours long. It should be a lot faster than that, I was quite literally the first person in line. Last time I was about the 10th car in line and it took the same amount of time. Outside of that customer service is perfect.
