Went in for a recall a couple days ago and everything went smoothly, till I tried to use my Bluetooth and the music wouldn’t play. I have had the car for years now and have never had an issue. Took it back today to get it checked assuming it was due to the work that was done so I signed the form that said I had to pay 225 if the recall didn’t have anything to do with it. Of course it came back that it wasn’t because of the recall. So I had to pay 225 for them to tell me what I already knew. It might not have been the recall but I do believe something was done that affected it and I felt like it was a trap that I had to pay the diagnostic fee. I am very dissatisfied from I dealership I have came to many times.

I got an inspection done and they checked off that the windshield was great but the windshield had a crack. Makes me wonder if they actually do what they say and if I can trust what they write on the paper. They also said it was gonna take 90m and it ended up taking almost double the time. I wish they had just been honest or said a longer waiting time because I came straight from working a 13 hour shift and decided to stay in a chair there and wait because they made it seem like it wouldn’t take too long to check for the recall and oil change. In the end, they did not have to replace anything for the recall and so it was just the oil change that took almost 3h.
