When first arrived I was welcomed with a smile and "How can I help you?". I didn't have an appointment but Byron had his team got the work done within an hour. Shortly after checking in I received a text message thanking me for coming in. When the work was completed I received a text letting me know. After I paid my bill, great deal by the way, I received a text thanking me for doing business with Hardin Honda. Byron and his team were great and I will be back! Thank you. Oh and you need to check out the 1971 Honda they have on the showroom floor, very cool.

Service writer Chris Montag stepped up to the plate, recognized the ongoing problem that existed with my key fob and took it to his manager to get it resolved. It is an employee like Chris, who looks at the big picture and listens, unlike others at Honda Corporation who didn't even understand the vehicle's warranty and also created problems when a customer try to activate a Honda loyalty card. I'm disappointed in the fact that I did not get a complimentary car wash. My car had bird dropping and was not cleaned. I expect for your team members to use come sense wen seeing if a costumer need a car wash or not. And a costumer should have to ask for it a member of your team should offer the complimentary car wash.
