I was disappointed that they did not wash my car after the service. I requested for them to wash it as the sign instructs us to. I was told they would, but they did not.

I can say, I’m not very happy with the service I received today. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived, even though there were two service employees outside with the tablets. They did not make eye contact, and I was virtually ignored when I walked into the service department. After standing there and waiting patiently in front of Miguel’s window/desk, a woman walked up to me and asked if I had been helped. I told her I had not, and that I was waiting for Miguel. Miguel informed me that he was waiting for his computer to boot up, but did not do it with a friendly greeting. In fact, he made it a point to tell me that he didn’t start work until 8 o’clock, but that customers often show up early. I told him I was willing to wait a few more minutes. Additionally, NO ONE had a smile on their face..they ALL looked unhappy, and no one was friendly. They all seem irritated and unhappy to be there. When I returned in the afternoon to pick up my vehicle, Danielle helped me. She warmed up when I made a concerted effort to “kill her with kindness“. My sales experience with the new ownership back in May was positive. However, I had a much better experience with the Service Department before the change of ownership and I hope to have a better experience in the future.
