Car wash wasn’t done. As promised. Low air pressure tire lights went on as soon as I left the shop had to put air in. This should’ve been part of the service. Last couple years Service seems to be going downhill. I’ve been going there for over 10 years. Anthony is still great.

Lack of service. Truck still steers to the right. Requested a wash, didn’t get washed. Tried to up charge me for something small and ridiculous, getting that done at another shop at no cost. My first visit was great, this last visit was disappointing.

Kevin’s customer service was fine. I went in with the problem of my headlight being out. The problem was diagnosed and easy to figure just by looking at it. I was told there was an inspection fee of $149 that would be applied to the work if done. When I was quotes $1900 for a headlight and $7600 for the rest of the recommended work, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To my surprise, I was still charged the $149 to diagnose a problem that was already pre-diagnosed. Ridiculous.
