didn’t like the robot appointment. When I got there, they said well you’re not on the list and I said perhaps because I just made the appointment. Went inside. Had to wait at least five minutes before getting Danyel to wait on me and then she said well, what are you bringing it in for today and I said well the light came on and I don’t know what I’m I have a service agreement feel that that is up to you to tell me what I’m here for finally it was for the tires to be rotated or something then I got a quote on the phone for 1100 and some dollars for new tires. Decided to check with Les Schwab and was able to get four tires for less than $850 with a warranty. Treated very courteously and not like I was stupid for not knowing what I was coming in for the service for.

The original scheduling of this service ended up being misleading. Both services I’ve had so far the scheduler has told me they “have technicians as early as 6am”. I scheduled at this time to avoid another 4hr wait like my previous service. I arrived a couple minutes early, however was told that the actual service tech’s don’t even arrive til 6:30 according to the person handling my paperwork. When I asked why they say they’re here at 6am when they’re not, I was told my ‘appointment’ was with them not the service tech. At the end of my service I also noted the window sticker letting me know at what mileage I come in next was also not changed and updated.

Im disappointed with my last visit. I made an appointment and I still waited 2 1/2 hrs. I am able to see on my Toyota app when any doors are open and the hood or car was not opened until I had been there for over an hour. Not sure what the point of having an appointment is if you’re going to wait over an hour to get to my car. I also asked for a car wash and never got it. It made me wonder if you even rotated my tires you said you did. I’m just disappointed all around
