This was my very first experience with service from Toyota
I had a really great experience with the customer service from Krish! He was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done in detail, and the best part was he suggested I contact my insurance to see if they would cover my fuel contamination, and bless his heart he saved me so much money! I only pay my deductible and my insurance covered the rest!! I would have never thought to contact my insurance on my own. Thank you so much for everything!

I do my servicing in piercy everytime.. If there are any issues found during the service, the advisor will call me and ask if i want to do that.. this time the brake light were gone but this advisor did not call me to ask if i want to replace it.. i know about the faulty brake light from the video the technician had messaged me.. and i had replied i want to replace it..but i did not get any acknowledgment of thr message.. then they called me and said the car is ready. When I asked abt the brake light, the advisor had no idea and only then he offered to change it..
