Although my vehicle was the first to be taken in for service, for some reason it took nearly ninety minutes to change the oil and complete the inspection. Actually, it was nearly two hours when I went back to the service desk and inquired about when my vehicle would be ready. Then after my inquiry, the service representative informed me that he would call for my vehicle to be brought up. I then proceeded to wait another ten minutes before I approached a porter. The porter then finally brought my vehicle out. Apparently, my vehicle was ready for pickup, but the porter was bringing up vehicles before mine. I was extremely disappointed in the service after my vehicle was serviced. I don’t know how much I would have been waiting if I didn’t call attention to the porter that was walking by. He acted like he was not called by the rep and I don’t know whether he was or not. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Piercey Toyota for service.
