Been waiting inside toyota dealership for the next 40 mins not knowing my car was just in the parking lot sitting ready to go .. there is a lack of communication between a mechanic and advisor ... I usually receive a txt message regarding my car condition but this time no notifications about anything .. guy outside who pick up the car To deliver to customer he’s doing an excellent job but most of the advisors just pass by you & say nothing at least say “someone will be right with you” would much appreciate the time valued if that was the case.

The only problem I face it, was that I stayed in the car for exactly 1:22 hours waiting someone to come to assist me.
