I came at 11:20pm and I asked for a shuttle and he said he’ll get me one. He asked if they could have more time working on my car since they prioritize the “waiters” (people sitting there not taking a shuttle). I said sure and went to go wait for my shuttle. The website said that it would take until 12:13. When 12:13pm arrived, the time changed to 12:54. At 12:13 I asked him if there is any other service or shuttle that I could take since I had a lot of work that needed to be done at home and he said “no there isn’t… it’s a free service” and that “we have to wait (I don’t understand why he said WE have to wait)”. It felt like he implied I was ungrateful for their free service and that he was scolding me like a child teaching how to wait. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for a shuttle when the car should’ve originally be done in an hour. I was later told that I could have requested a free Lyft, so I don’t understand why Cuong told me he couldn’t do anything about the 1 hour and 30 minute wait. Overall, I left angry with my service since I made an appointment and don’t understand why it took almost 5 hours to service my car.

I’ll have to admit I was a little stung to hear my guy, my service advisor Miguel was out of the office sick and now during covid times I can appreciate the safety and wellness of all employees a priority. Nevertheless, business as usual I was set up with an outstanding advisor Raymond! He was quick with pleasantries meaning, he grabbed my attention to inform me that’ll he’ll be helping me out which I can appreciate the genuity in his tone.
