First Toyota representative was very rude. Not explained any service details. I was charged with additional 200 dollars as fault detection and changing fuse, even my car was under warranty. If mobile charging port in RV4 does not support mobile charging then what is the point to put such things in car (I think Toyota need to work on these issues). In the end they put everything on customer. I feel I was robbed by Piercey Toyota. I was a loyal customer to Piercey Toyota but I will not come again or recommend this to any of my friends or family for service or purchase.

Krishneel was a great service advisor! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know exactly what was going to be done, offered a shuttle service if I needed a ride and let me know that if any issue was found that I would be notified.

Only thing is; if you tell someone it’s going to take 1 1/2 hrs for service. Hmm,
Granted my appt. Was @ around 9 or 9:20 am, somebody else’s name not mine was on my appt. Got there yes early, “my fault” 8:30 am? Did not get out of there until 11:00 ??!! Please fix your computer issues & please provide realistic car service times. Otherwise, I really like advisor & recommendations. Thank you
