I requested to recalibrate the lane shifting sensor, located on the front windshield. Your technician was unable to do it and set off all the alarm codes on the dashboard. Your tech and service advisor blamed it on the aftermarket windshield. I took the car to Lexus of Stevens Creek. They said what your tech and service advisor said was ****. There is nothing wrong with the aftermarket windshield. Your people are pure incompetent!

Diana Gonzalez claimed I had to get a full service in order to simply replace my worn out lug nuts (don’t even need to rotate my tires either) and tried to charge me full price for a tune up service that I just got at the same Toyota dealership a few weeks ago. Note I’m a 15+ year customer at this Toyota dealership. Fortunately, I spoke with the manager that was there (didn’t catch his name) and said I could just change the lug nuts out. She could’ve been more accommodating and provided better customer service and not be so rigid or robotic, curious what she has been charging other customers. Other than that, I generally like the service at Piercey Toyota. Thanks!

Asked few things to the advisor about a problem related indicator and viper issue the immediate answer is to even check i need to pay 200 dollars. The multi check point details are wrong for the tire info ive pointed out and corrected. I had very high confidence on the toyota service but this time I'm bit disappointed.
