I am happy I was able to get my car back on the same day. I appreciate Mike and the driver that dropped me off to work in the morning. The service worker that scheduled a lift for me at the end of the day and coordinated with the rest of your staff to arrange a late pickup in case I didn’t get there by 6pm really went above and beyond.

I went to Piercey Toyota to check the malfunction blinking on my car. I took time off and came very early to get my car fix. They charge me 190.00 for diagnostic. They told me everything is okay. When I drive my car in the afternoon all the lights are blinking and it keeps telling me to visit the dealer. This is very inconvenient because I have to take my car back again and take time off again.

I have a 2012 Camry 4-cylinder. I checked with other Toyota service centers and they all confirmed that for transmission flush , the process will include replacing the strainer ( transmission filter ) . yet , Piercey keeps telling me that for a sealed transmission, there is no filter to replace.
what is the point of replacing the transmission fluid while keeping the old filter?
