Car took almost 2 hours longer than estimated time provided. Called dealership many times before I actually spoke to the service advisor. Text message status did not even work

I made appt for 3:30 PM. Confirmation e-mail said 1;30. I had to call. I was told appointment had been changed to 3;30 but never received the promised confirmation. I arrived at 3;15 and was told to wait by my car. After 15 minutes I was asked whether I would like to "hang out' or come back. I asked how long and was told 90 minutes to 2 hours. I walked home and got a call at 4:20 that my car was done. I walked back and picked up my car. Could have gone much smoother.

CD was very good, followed up as he said he would.

Purval Patel gave excellent customer service. I recommended him to my sister!

My car was ready at 1155, the service provider that called me (that’s it’s ready ) ) told me that he will arrange for the ride, I called back at 12:12 and asked for the driver, apparently the service provider forgot about it, and the guy that answered me at 12:12 said he will arrange for the driver to pick me up but it will take another 15 minutes as he is out on lunch. No problem. At 12:45 I called again because the driver has not arrived, the service provider said another 15 minutes. Finally at 1:08, I called again to tell the service provider to just cancel the pick- up. At 1:52 I received a call from driver Robert that he is at my address to pick me up. What a service!! I took the Uber at picked up my car at 1:28. What’s funny though, after I paid I gave the receipt to one service provider ( sorry I didn’t get his name, he has beard) to get my car, he told me to follow him and he brought me to the lot to look for my car. He asked if I have a black car, he has the receipt in his hands and did not even bother to check what car he is looking for. What an experience I had with this service providers. I will come back one of these days to get his name and provide my feedback to the manager. Thank you and have a good day ( even though mine started with a bad experience) FYI: I’m sorry I did not get the names of the service providers that answered my phone calls. Mr. francisco Monterrosa explained very well the issue with my tire and he even offer your speciall warranty for tires. He also arranged for my ride going home. Unfortunately my bad experience happened after his good service.

Person did not know about 4runner servicing requirements and made me doubtful if it was done properly
