This is the second time that Diana has helped with my cars. She’s always patient, attentive to details, professional and helpful. When the shuttle schedule doesn’t meet my schedule, she helped arrange Lyft for me. I am grateful and happy and will always go to her when I need car service at Toyota.

Xiong Dang was very patient and helpful. He reviewed my maintenance history and checked for any recall notification for my vehicle. He recommended that I needed to change my transmission fluid which I did have service yesterday. It was very convenient to have Toyota open for Sunday maintenance service since I work during the week.

I came in for a service recall. I had scheduled an appointment.
There was no one else waiting in the line in front of me. Many service specialists were free. However, it took close to 10 minutes for someone to come out and check me in. There was no one (no attendant) at the reception area in the appointment line.
It took close to 2 hours for the service recall and then an additional 12-15 minutes for someone to bring the car around.
My main surprise and disappointment was with the unnecessary wait times. The service quality has definitely gone down over the last 2 years.
