I have been having an on going issue with the phone microphone in my car. Today was the 3rd time I requested it be replaced. The quality of the calls I make from the car is poor. I’ve been told my voice is muffled, breaks up or it sounds like I’m talking under water. My husband has also had the same comments when using his phone. He does not have the same cell service I have. This is not a software issue but a hardware issue.

.. so disappointed! they used an after market treatment on our crankcase that is well documented for premature bearing wear & seal deterioration!
Thought I could trust their reputation as a responsible Toyota dealer!

Instead of serving and honoring the oil change coupon provide by your dealer. He pushed customer to use a so call higher full synthetic oil which cost more claiming my vehicle can’t use the semi-synthetic oil from the coupon. But I been using that coupon all these years and never had an issue til now. It’s a pity your dealership service has to came down to this low level up sale-ing tactic.
