The service manager was very push for selling the extra services and he didn’t document the extra service that I brought in the service contract. I didn’t realized that after I drove home. When I complained about the last service on the gas tank problem was not fix, he kept repeating what we’re done and not even offer to check the problem. It’s a very bad experience.

Diana was great I. Helping me locate the sensors of my BSM system through the online owners manual. She booked my ride to pick me up when I called because the app would not allow me to. I received a detailed video of my vehicle service inspection from the mechanic. Thank you Piercey Toyota! I’ll miss the Piercey service and I’m hoping things will transition well with the incoming owner.
