The oil and filter change is over price. Ricardo charge me $93 compare to $59 in Toyota Livermore
and the appointment is useless, all cars without appointment is in the line of with appointment. doesn’t follow the appointment priority, it took me 3hrs wait. the complementary car wash was denied.
I bought my car in Percey Toyota but never get a good maintenance service. I will never come back to get a Service with Percey again.
