Today i have bee waiting for 4 hours to get car and found out my car key got broken when i decided to change battery. But the key was not fixed it at all. Then i came back to dealer again to fix it. That made me driving there and waiting for there total 40 minutes. Today it wasted my time in car dealer

I have taken my car to Piercey Toyota for about 10 years and my advisors have always been more than great but this was a bad experience. I can go on and on but here are a few details: later than estimated the advisor came to tell me that additional work - water pump, battery etc was needed- it would take 2-3 hrs extra but they had the parts available. Usually you give me a call to discuss mid-service. So since you had the parts (supposedly) I decided to take a Lyft rather than a rental car. She called me when I was at home saying that they did not in fact have the parts! They would come from Napa. For me that is a town. After some discussion I found out that she meant a brand. If this had been made clear, that it would take an extra day I would have taken a loaner car. I was told that my battery was defective but and that there was a recall which would give me $32 in discount. I had no problem with the battery but since there was an issue and a recall I said go ahead and change it. When I picked up the car I could not see the discount. The advisor then said it did not apply to my battery- It was not faulty! I said that it was not what she had told me and she then said that I had the paperwork which referred to this and with this she meant the paperwork I was given at check-out!!!! I said " but you just gave me this- I did not get that info ahead of time- only the recall info". She then offered me a $20 discount. Come on now! I ended up with $40 in discount after some wait and a battery replacement I did not need. This is my 3rd RAV4 and I know when I have a battery issue. To communicate with this advisor was like talking with an uninterested wall. She just did not react to questions. Worst ever and I don't like to put down other women.

It’d be better if somebody could get to me as soon as I pulled into the driveway. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before somebody helped me, all while at four to six service reps could clearly see me through the glass wall. Otherwise , Ricardo Villegas was extremely professional and I am very glad to be helped by him.
