The person who helped me customer service was terrible. He didn’t tell me my car was ready and I had to go look for him to see if my car was done. When I found him he said oh I’m sorry I was doing something but was just sitting at his desk. Then after he got my paperwork together I had to take it myself to the cashier. When I first bought my Corolla, I brought it to Toyota’s service team for a $120 oil change plus inspection. When I requested the service, I explicitly told the team I had a one week to look for issues and if any were found that I would be allowed to return the vehicle to the original seller. The Toyota Team found no issues other than low brake pads in need of replacing. After some time passed and my Toyota went in for more regular servicing, two big issues were found. Turns out the tie rods are seized to the threading and it would be a very costly repair. Later, I discovered water on my floorboards and again Toyota informed me they believe my windshield is an aftermarket part, not an OEM part, and they suspect it was installed incorrectly and the cause of the water leakage problem. That’s the second costly issue I’ve been surprised to discover, again, after I put money and faith that the service team would advise me well back when I was still in the return window of my purchase agreement (which was with Carvana). Anyway, thanks to Toyota’s inexpert or negligent advice, I now have to spend way more in repairs and I simply lost all trust in the organization. Bye, Toyota! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am completely satisfied with my service today. Only issue I have is with my initial service 2 saturdays ago .. my tire psi was set to 42+ and my understanding it is supposed to be 32 per the sticker on the door. Wouldn’t have known if my tire went flat.
