I was disappointed that the parts department did not make sure the good tires did not arrive on the date of my appointment. I was happy that Raymond was able to have a rental car to do my errands and make sure another shipment would come at 2 pm with my size tires. Kudos to the technician for taking pride on his work to do the tire change and alignment within an acceptable time. I know that Piercey will be under new ownership.
