Ps: I stronge recommendation if the Toyota service two lines to help customers. One line for appointment customer and another line for no appointment customer. If company service like that , let the appointment customer feel respect and happy. Thanks

I got there and 10:24 and my car was supposed to be ready by 1:15pm, which I could understand. But I didn't hear back. I found out Miguel had gone to lunch, and hadn't bothered telling someone else to get in touch with me when my car was ready. I responded to a text I received from Piercy, asking for updates at 1:44pm, which I never got response to (what's the point of sending that text if you don't respond?). I asked someone else at 2pm about my car, which is when I found out it had been ready and sitting there. After I paid and was told they were bringing it out, they still didn't bring it out and I had to come back and remind them after 10 minutes.
Also, when I called to make an appointment, they didn't mention the recall, even though I asked if there is anything else that needed to be done besides the oil change.
