I came in to have some accessories installed. The installation was supposed to be ready in 2-3 hours but it actually took 5 hours. Also, I had body side moldings installed and the passenger side moldings are half an inch lower on the door than the driver’s side. If either of these things happened alone, I could be more understanding but both together left me less than pleased with my service.

I had an appointment scheduled at 2pm. Brady texted me to ask if I could go before 1pm since Piercey was short handed today. I went there around 1pm but waited for a long time. From 1 to 4pm!! It was not supposed be it for just a regular maintenance. The technician was supposed to send a video of how he examined my car. However, the video was shaky and not clear. I have no idea what he was filming. During the video, there was almost a minute where the video was completely stopped, like he put it over something. Is it supposed to let me know what the progress is? It would be better not to send the video just not to embarrass yourself. Also, I have requested to replace the key battery before dropping off the car, the key low battery sign keeps showing on the dashboard. The rep said he will have someone tested it. However, when I was getting my car and ask about changing the key battery, it seems like they totally forgot about it and claimed the they did test the battery, and it was not low. But when I asked why I couldn’t unlock or lock the car automatically, the rep didn’t answer the question instead he told me that I could still change it if I want, but was it suppose to change it already if I requested beforehand ? It was a horrible experience and bad customer service by the valet guy too. You guys definitely need more training on specific area of the service. Terrible!!!

I made an appointment for 10 am for my second service on my 2019 RAV4. It took 4 hours to be serviced. No one told me until the fact I was there already. I was not happy at all. Especially with this whole COVID.
