It was not a pleasant experience when I drove out of the lot after the car was serviced. I was feeling more sad ???? Like something you ate that left a bad taste in your mouth.
The only friendly person is the lady at the reception service “with appointment “ desk for my 9/30/2020 (Wednesday)@ 11:00 Am. The rest were mediocre in customer service.

There is no “yes, but ...” option. I am satisfied with Walter and the technician. In fact the technician may have solved the mystery in our 4wd engage /disengage conundrum we exchanged emails in after last service (which didn’t resolve it ) and this gives me confidence not being directed to unnecessary costly repairs. On the front axle leaking I am not sure if a full costly axle replacement was necessary and if in fact just replacing the rubber seals
Could have been much more cost effective in a other shop

I had a 12:30 pm service appointment scheduled for Weds 09/30/20. Upon arrival, I was ignored for 20 minutes before anyone approached me. I did not know if I was to exit my vehicle and approach the outdoor counter counter or what, due to no posted signage advising me of anything.
Also, during service I was advised of an EFI carbon deposit within the engine which was NOT mentioned by the service technician’s video at all. The service advisor emailed to me a MEDIUM SEVERITY notice of that video which oddly did NOT reference that EFI service issue at all. I found this to be totally confusing and contradictory.
