Make sure reps are wearing masks. When I rolled in to get my car, I called out, where are your masks. Guys laughed at me. I told Ken, the mgr who said everyone is supposed to wear masks if anyone comes within 6 feet. I pointed out 2 who didn't . I do all my car maintenance as suggested. No one called when car was ready. When I called, Ricardo said, oh the car just got done. My sister quit bringing her car in for service when rep went home without calling.im old and disabled. Been coming to piercy ever since it was on first st. Wish people would treat me with respect.
