Had recall repair scheduled for Wednesday with confirmation number. Brought the car over the day earlier because of schedule conflict. I drove into non appointment line and waited, had to get out of my car and look for service assistance. Finally someone who saw me earlier when to service technician row and coaxed someone out to me. Mr. Krishneel was nice and offered me something to eat as I came during my lunch break, but didn't have time to get food and make a walk-in. I don't think it's safe for Piercy not to cover the seats with plastic during the pandemic, but I brought my own. I like that video is taken while your car is being serviced, but it should show your oil bring changed and I don't understand why no video is taken to show that you needed an alignment. I was given a sheet that doesn't show alignment, but is within accepted standard. This has nothing to do with Mr. Krishneel, but I probably won't come back if I'm paying for services that may have not been needed and/or that wasn't done completely. Thanks, Ms.Paden
