It is costing me $1,750.00 but I’m accounting job 1 total parts $406.89 & tech(s) cost $230 . Front brake costing $250.00 to change front disk brake

I came in knowing the issues with my car which was new strut installs and brake lights were out. I was Charged $300 for diagnostic charges concerning my brake lights your service member insinuated I had a short circuit in my wiring. I chose to take my business elsewhere and will never come back to Piercey Toyota after this robbery.

I have been a loyal Piercey Toyota customer for 20 years.
When discussing the price of the service provided, I was told that a discount would be provided.
That did not happen. I had no explanation or call from Brady I only received text messages.
This does not feel like the customer service I’m accustomed too.

I have been with Piercy Toyota since 1990. But I was very disappointed with my today's service. Last Jun I came for 25,000 services and just found out that Jazz Singh did 30,000 services. I came today for 30,000 services and Piercy did not do any maintenance services. I lost one service.
Diana Gonzalez did her best and went to manager Mike to solve this issue. Stupid idiot manager just said to me can't do anything. That is. He did not move from his chair and act like he owned this dealer. I hate that manager and today no service.
I knew old manager Kevin for many years and I wish Piercy should fire that Mike and hire a professional manager who good to take care of the customers.
I have been with Tak Lam since 1990 in North First Street and I introduce many Toyota customers to Piercy.
I will think about it should I come to back my future services with Piercy or go to different Toyota dealers.
Anyway, good luck with the stupid your manager Mike.
