Hi,
Enjoyed working with Walter Yamamoto. He is one of the last old timers left, besides Mike Tran. I would like to think that them and Piercey Toyota, have my back when it comes to quality and workmanship.
And seeing for myself the web link of my suspension problem that Antonio Raquion sent to me.
After finding the suspension problem, Walter continue through the course of my request and made sure my car passed smog. Then moving onto the new issues on my car and getting me a ride home. I never used Lyft, I thought I might get to rent a new Toyota.
My Solara stayed an extra night and was completed by 1:00.
Very satisfied with Piercey Toyota staff.

Diana did not explain the contract clearly and did not communicate whatsoever while my car was being serviced. It took over 5 hours to get my car when she told me it would only take about 3 hours. Poor service experience altogether

Excellent service. I appreciated the interactions I had with both the service manager and Mr. Patel. They got me in and out faster than they had predicted (I needed to wait). My only negative comment is that I got an oil change, a once over look, and a smog, for $180.00. Obviously, I could have gotten close to the same service for around $70 from my local mechanic, and may go that route in the future, since my extended service care package is now over. I decided to try Piercey Toyota this one time, especially since I’m driving so little and spending so much less on gas et al. BUT, it was pricey … and I have no idea if I got my money’s worth. I doubt it. Bottom line, you may do good work, but it’s very pricey.
