We waited almost 5 hr for simple oil change. Also on the website, it is mentioned you would disinfect every car that is serviced. But the advisor told me you don’t disinfect before or after service. I noticed many advisors did not a face cover or did not properly wear their masks. And at the cashier counter, there is no clean pens for signature. Very unpleasant experience!

The work order asked for multipoint inspection but I don’t think the work was done. Normally I received a print out with pass/fail/ need attention marks of all the parts that were inspected.
