I went to your dealership today to have an oil change on my 2 year old CHR. I was worried that my car will be out of oil soon, I can’t recall the date it has this kind of service since I bought this. My wait was not that long like one morning I was there. Total wait was about 2 hours or so which was not really bad. Mr. Yamamoto was courteous & helpful, I left the dealership satisfied with the service & know my car is in good shape.

It was a very different and uncomfortable experience than I have experienced at Piercey Toyota in the past decade as I always bring my Prius and Sienna to Piercey Toyota. I feel like I cannot trust my service advisor. She told me I paid $66 for my oil change last time when I knew I did not. When I came home and checked my paperwork, it showed I paid $41. Plus if it is synthetic oil and a 10,000 mile service why do I need to get the oil changed every 5,000 miles. It does not feel good to be a loyal customer and be lied to.

The service advisor who I met with is horrible. He had visible tattoos all over his arms and was trying to act like a tough guy. He tried to use his fake tough guy act and costume to push me into getting additional service done on my vehicle. His act, costume and pushy aggressive dirty sales tactics failed. I will never return to piercey toyota again. After my experience with patel I will not trust toyota the way that I used too. Bad bad service.
