Initially mentioned to elapse the labor cost, during the payment time added additional $30 Labor cost for battery replacement. Not given any additional discount for old battery handover. Not considering to do any cost\replacement related service with Piercey toyota.

The first notification/video thing didn’t work. The grand total was 3x higher than I would have expected for just fluid and filter replacement. I had three different phone numbers texting me, hard to tell how to get status. The rep texted me his name and said he would meet us when we arrived, but he didn’t respond to my arrival text and we had to locate him without knowing what he looked like. The team were nice and did best they could I suppose. But overall it wasn’t the most satisfying experience for me.

I am unsatisfied with Piercey handling of my service request. I asked to make sure the cabin air filter was replaced and was told it is not covered under warranty or ToyotaCare. Same with my complaint that the vehicle pulls to the LEFT not right. Not even an offer to look at ithe filter. I was told the alignment wouldn’t be looked at without charge. I called another dealership. Melissa at that dealership, after checking, offered to replace ithe filter once. that's all I wanted and expected. Alignment, just look at. Diana was professional but may not be empowered to inquire about what’s really covered. Here’s the rub. I need winter tires. I doubt I will buy them from Piercey now. Also I’ve decided to buy a new larger truck to handle the towing I’m doing now. Piercey lost a sale for that new purchase this year over a $10 part and maybe an hour labor rate charge. If you want I can be texted at ****-****-xxxx.
