Your wording makes your advisor sound like best person ever been in your business. He did his job. Period. He!s not running for president or Mr Popularity. He & experience today were Ok, nothing terrible & nothing outstanding.
You and/or manufacturer can keep your surveys.There must be a 60-second time limit on video report. Not a good idea if speaker does not have good command of English language compounded by time constraint. If I were curious or interested & had hearing deficiency, I’d call your service manager & request your advisors speak clearly & slowly. I hear very well & understood about half of what was said. Same comment applies to Advisor who reported my previous maintenance service.
