The car took way to long to do a simple recall and quick service. Not to happy about this came in at 8am and the car was finished almost noon. No reason for that to take that long knowing the customer was waiting the whole time.

bait-and-switch pricing. Guy on the phone gave me a different quote than when I arrived at the dealership, went from "it should be under $100" to "$190 for 1 hr labor". The shuttle pick-up time estimate was also 1.5 hours off.

The service advisor disappeared and I was left without any updates on my vehicle or suggestions for service. I ordered a lyft and instead of telling me the lyft driver was on lunch I waited 40minutes confused.
