My representative was good but some of the other staff members would walk close to me instead of keeping 6 feet distance and walking around while I waited for my paper work to be finished.
The rental cashier desk didnt have a used bucket for pens.
I was a bit surprised to be quoted for $300, then end up paying $600. I thought I had already paid for services for 4 years when I first purchased my car. Felt like I was sold some extra probably unecessary services for my quote to double so I'm not super happy about that. This was the most I've paid for in all the prepaid services I've done so far.
