Being a new customer to Toyota Piercy I bought a new Rav4 Prime. it wasn't a pleasant experience. I didn't feel like he cared about my concerns. He wasn't very pleasant. I asked about the process of the Allstate Protection and he didn't know or cared to find out for me. When the service was done, the protection had streaks and also spent $45 on Lyft which I told Walter I asked if I can talk to someone about it and had gave me a first name of another manager and said he will call. The other managed nevered called, so I called Walter again about the other service manager. Had said had will put in a request for him to call, I had to ask him for a number, so I called and left a message. the other manager, Mike, called back, and was very pleasant and explain the service in detail as well as giving me a loaner car.
I would like to be assigned to someone else.

This comment is in a general sense. I feel all you care is to get the business. Once the deal is sealed, very little concern is shown to customers. No explanation about what had been done. Read the paper is the only thing I can do.I also can’t tell what precautions you have taken to prevent spreading of COVID-19 except staff wearing masks on and off.

Purval was courteous, thorough and understood the weird type of problem I was having with my car. Even though I’m a 60 year old woman, I have worked on my own cars for many years and have pulled engines, changed batteries, and done my own tune-ups. Those days may be gone but I still resent the way some mechanics treat me like I’m a helpless girl and talk down to me. Mr Patel didn’t talk down to me and treated me with the kind of respect a paying customer should have. Thank-you
